determine the moisture resistance of the surface (soaking) of the fabric that
has or has not been water-resistant or water-repellent.
B. Features:
Install
the sample on the snap ring at a 45° angle to the horizontal, spray the sample
with a certain distance from the nozzle, and compare the appearance of the
sample with the evalsuation standard and reference sheet to determine its
wetness level.
